Apple Launches MacBook Neo: Most Affordable MacBook Ever Starting at Rs 69,900

Apple has officially introduced the MacBook Neo, the company’s most affordable MacBook ever. For the first time, Apple is directly targeting budget-conscious buyers by offering a MacBook priced significantly lower than the MacBook Air.

The MacBook Neo starts at Rs 69,900 in India, making it nearly Rs 50,000 cheaper than the entry-level MacBook Air, which starts at Rs 1,19,900. With this launch, Apple is trying to expand its reach among students, everyday users, and households, where budget Windows laptops and Chromebooks have traditionally dominated.

The new laptop brings Apple’s premium design and macOS experience to a wider audience while maintaining a balance between price and performance.

MacBook Neo Designed for Students and Everyday Users

The MacBook Neo is built to deliver the Apple laptop experience at a much more accessible price point.

Even though it is positioned as a budget device, Apple has retained its signature premium design and build quality. The laptop features a recycled aluminium body and a fanless design, similar to the MacBook Air. This makes the device thin, lightweight, and completely silent during operation.
